What I did

  1. 01Conducted primary market research across 400+ retail outlets covering 37 market beats to evaluate retail penetration, product availability, and channel effectiveness.
  2. 02Identified 120+ unserved retail outlets by analysing distribution gaps and retailer potential, supporting strategic distribution expansion.
  3. 03Collaborated with distributors, Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs), and sales teams to strengthen retailer relationships and improve outlet coverage.
  4. 04Collected and analysed retailer feedback on pricing, availability, trade margins, promotional schemes, competitor activity, and service quality to generate actionable insights.
  5. 05Supported trade marketing by onboarding 40+ retailers into promotional programmes and communicating retailer incentive schemes.
